At Wafflerita®, our mission is to bring people together, sharing smiles, flavors, and the joy of community one delicious bite at a time.

Our journey of success began in the stunning state of Quintana Roo, México. Inspired by diverse culinary traditions from around the world, we crafted our unique Waffleritas.

It all started in 2014 during our travels through Southeast Asia. In the vibrant markets of Thailand, we discovered what we now call the “Wafflerita.” This delightful treat is a playful blend of English and Spanish, combining “Waffle” with “Güerita” (blonde girl). Intrigued by their unique corn-dog-like shape, we decided to bring this idea back to Mexico, adding our multicultural flair by stuffing them with both sweet and savory fillings—my husband’s love for spice and my sweet tooth perfectly balanced.

Today, we are thrilled to offer our Waffleritas internationally, with catering services available in Denver, Colorado, and surrounding areas.

Starting in 2026 we are now offering our delicious Stuffed Waffles on a Stick via Delivery Services. We are offering a Take and Bake Style delivery through Uber Eats, Postmates and Doordash.
